1. What type of project or matter was this?
Use accurate language that fits your industry, professional responsibilities, and privacy requirements.
2. What general market, service area, property type, or industry provides useful context?
Use a city, county, state, property type, or industry when appropriate. Do not publish a private address.
3. What was the original challenge or decision?
Explain what the customer, property, or organization needed to decide or correct. Avoid exaggeration.
4. What was the actual scope?
List the main services performed. Clearly distinguish completed work from recommendations, plans, or quotes.
5. What constraints shaped the work and process?
Consider budget, schedule, occupied space, weather, existing materials, professional rules, insurance, accessibility, and coordination with other parties. Explain how your team thought and communicated.
6. What result can you describe honestly and support?
Record documented facts. Avoid claims such as “permanent,” “guaranteed,” “best,” or “saved thousands” unless they are supported and appropriately qualified.
7. What should a future customer inspect, gather, ask, compare, or prepare?
End with one practical lesson that helps the reader make a similar decision.

- Have you removed confidential legal information, protected health information, private financial details, personal addresses, and identifying hardship stories?
